主要职责:
responsible for:
• customer project management
• understand the white power industry trends and provide professional advice for the customers.
• provide detailed solution according to customer requirements within company process conditions
• optimization structure design and electric control design
• manage all projects to implement( cost, quality, delivery)
• co-work with sales/production/quality department to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• pre-development new solution ( structure/ material/ processing) for enhance sales .
• co-work with hq r&d( structure/electronic/project management) for quick response to customer
• establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.

•与总部研发部（结构/电子/项目管理）合作，快速响应客户需求
•建立和维护与第三方/供应商的关系。
工作任务：
tasks:
• cooperation with the customer in projects, accomplish strategic objectives by supervising multiple customer project activities and ensure the compliance with the project plans in terms of costs and on time completion.
• support customer projects to achieve operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing customer engineering changes and customer audits/complaints/claims.
• by using of project planning software in planning/tracking development projects
• needs to be able to integrate the needs of end users, product service, and manufacturing to provide optimum designs that exceed competitive products
• evaluate, approve, and implement engineering change orders
• design fmea & processing fmea
• evaluate and optimize 3d/2d modelling, drawing and mould design.
• lead projects
• manage cost and time constraints of projects
• work closely with other specialists in our facility in nanjing as well as specialists of the pas group
在项目中与客户合作，通过监督多个客户项目活动来实现战略目标，并确保在成本和按时完成方面符合项目计划。
•通过向战略计划和评审提供信息和建议，支持客户项目实现运营目标；制定和完成行动计划；实施生产、生产力、质量和客户服务标准；解决问题；识别趋势；确定系统改进；实施客户工程变更和客户审计/投诉/索赔。
•通过在规划/跟踪开发项目中使用项目规划软件
•需要能够整合最终用户、产品服务和制造的需求，以提供超越竞争产品的最佳设计。
•评估、批准和实施工程变更单
•设计和处理fmea
•评估和优化三维/二维建模、绘图和模具设计。
•领导项目
•管理项目的成本和时间限制
•与我们在南京的工厂的其他专家以及pas集团的专家密切合作
education / specialized knowledge / experiences / vocational training:
• ability to provide technical solution at all levels
• knowledge of materials, processes, mechanical design, electronic design.
• good communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
• organisational skills, such as time and resource planning
• problem-solving and analytical capabilities
• a high level of confidence
• 10+years’ work experience; 3 + years management experience.
• good command of ms office/ug / minitab and general pc skills
• english reading, writing, speaking and listening skills (cet vi preferred)
• hnd / bachelor degree qualified, ideally a mechatronics degree (mechanical, electrical,)

•持有hnd/学士学位，最好是机电一体化学位（机械、电气）
