1. observe and implement company hse management system and position’s operation specification，control the department’s kpi (ltc &nltc, etc) .
2. cooperate with pdc & pe to launch new project, establish related documents
3.monitoring the production process, make sure that products are produced and delivered on time and are of good quality
4.lead some improvement project, cost down, increase productivity etc;
anaylysis some quality issues to reduce the scrap rate"
5.establish opl to train operators to avoid issues happened again;
hold weekly production review meeting to discuss and abnormality issue and follow up
6. support other departments on site to solve some technical problem
