职位描述：
responsible to maintenance work ，improvement work and new project management of hvac facilities.to ensure the ep facilities\ scrubber towers\ constant temperature&humidity rooms \ compressed air stations\freezing machines\air conditions run in stable condition.暖通工程师岗位，负责全厂环境设备、恒温恒湿库房、空压设备、冷水机组、空调设备的维护管理、改造改善以及相关的新项目管理。
main responsibilities：
1.pm and rm management for hvac machines,enviroment machines etc。
环保、暖通等设施的预防性维修和应急维修管理
2.contractors inspection and guiding
供应商监督和指导
3.responsibl to machine improvement to ensure a stability runing
改善设备以维持稳定的运行
4.new project developmrnt and management
环保设施、暖通设施的新项目管理
5.support technician team for maintenance work
为技师团队提供维修方面的技术支持
6.cost saving for power consumption of responsible machines
